Gameplay: A Day in the Life of a Club Owner
Custom Order Maid 3D2 is a management simulation with a strong dating-sim heart. Most of your time is spent on a clear daily loop: assign training in the morning, run the club through the day, put your maids on stage in the evening, and spend the late hours one-on-one with whichever maid has earned your attention. Every decision costs time, energy or money, so the game is a constant exercise in priorities.
The daily loop
A typical day starts with training assignments. Each maid has stats that grow when you coach her: dance, service, charm and intelligence. Morning lessons improve the numbers that matter for the night ahead, but a maid who trains until she collapses will not perform well, so rest has to be part of the routine too.
The daytime belongs to the club itself — greeting customers, managing service quality, and keeping an eye on the atmosphere. Evenings belong to the stage: you choose the setlist, the costumes and the order of performers, and the crowd's reaction tells you what to improve.
- Morning: assign training and rest for every maid
- Day: run the club, set prices, handle customers
- Evening: dance shows with chosen setlists and costumes
- Night: private time and conversation with your chosen maid
Training that shows
Stats are the backbone of everything. A maid with high dance performs better on stage and earns more in tips; high service keeps customers happy and coming back; charm and intelligence unlock new dialogue and event options. There is no single best build — a club built around a brilliant dancer plays differently from one built around a hostess who can talk to anyone.
Training is not free. Lessons take time out of the day and energy out of the maid, and some skills unlock only after earlier ones are raised. Deciding who trains what, and when, is the core planning puzzle of the game.
Shows and stagecraft
Dance shows are the club's biggest draw. You assemble a setlist from the routines your maids have learned, pick costumes, and then watch the performance play out in real time. The crowd reacts to each maid's skill and energy, and a well-run show night can double the evening's takings.
Routines are learned through training, and different personalities perform them in their own style. Matching a routine to the right maid — the show-off to the confident one, the elegant piece to the dignified one — is half the art of running the stage.
Scout Mode and new personalities
The GP-01Fb pack adds Scout Mode, a recruitment system that lets you meet and hire maids of the new Nurturing personality. Instead of starting with a fixed roster, you can search for the maid you actually want, evaluating candidates on appearance, stats and personality before you offer them a place in the club.
Scout Mode gives the early game a different rhythm: the club can go hunting for its ideal team instead of making do with whoever arrives. It also means a second playthrough can feel completely different, because you are chasing a different kind of roster.
Private time and yotogi events
The dating-sim half of the game lives at night. Spending one-on-one time with a maid — conversation, gifts, shared moments — raises trust, and trust unlocks special events. The yotogi events are the game's adult heart: intimate scenes with animated 3D characters, shown with the mosaic censorship typical of Japanese releases.
Relationships are not a side activity. A maid who trusts her owner performs better, turns down fewer assignments and stays through the difficult months. The management sim and the romance sim feed each other, and most players find that neither half works without the other.
Money, morale and the long game
Underneath the glitter is a careful economy. Wages, costumes, training and club upgrades all drain the budget, while shows, tips and services fill it. Let morale slip and your best maids will start thinking about leaving; let the budget slip and you cannot afford the costumes that win the crowd.
The long game is about growth: more maids, better routines, a bigger reputation. There is always another upgrade, another personality to meet, another routine to master — which is why a single evening at the club rarely stays a single evening.
